After years in public and private sector employment, Linda had a vision, why not offer a one stop shop for all commercial real estate and development needs. Hence, Padilla-Smyth and Associates was born.

Company Founder
The Company's Founder and CEO, Linda Padilla Smyth, J.D., possesses more than 30 years of professional experience in all of the areas listed above. Her vast technical knowledge and experience qualifies her alone to provide this unique array of commercial development services. She started her career in municipal government and became an affordable housing and redevelopment expert. She has experience in Redevelopment, Community Development Block Grant administration, HOME administration, Tax Credit development, Economic Development, code enforcement, etc.
She served as CREW (Commercial Real Estate, Women) OC President in 2019. In 2019, was awarded the Woman of Influence Award by Connect Media for her advocacy for Women while serving as President of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). She lead the Superior Performance in Real Estate (SPIRE) awards program for 3 years in row, the biggest awards program in Orange County honoring new construction, tenant improvements, service leaders, woman, and upcoming real estate newbies.
In 2018, she was nominated for Women of the Year Award, honored and recognized by the Orange County Business Journal. In 2018, she was awarded the Woman in Real Estate leading in Philanthropy by NAWRB (Women in the Housing and Real Estate Ecosystem).
